Shipping & Fulfillment

Every single Hella 3D product is engineered, manufactured, inspected, and shipped directly from our production facility in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. We do not drop-ship, and we do not outsource our production overseas.

Processing & Lead Times

Because we manage our own advanced manufacturing farm in-house, turnaround times are kept strictly optimized.

• Standard Orders: Typically produced, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier within 7 business days.
• Bulk & Fleet Orders: Lead times for massive fleet outfittings may vary based on current production capacity. If you have placed a bulk order, our team will communicate an accurate fulfillment timeline directly with you.

Transit Times & Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, transit times will vary based on your location and the shipping tier selected at checkout. You will receive an automated email containing your tracking information the moment your shipping label is generated. You can also monitor your shipment in real-time by visiting our Order Status page.

If you experience unusual delays with the carrier, or if your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us via our Support Page and provide your Order Number so we can investigate the issue.
